Reviews and Ratings
This hotel has its positives, like decent dining and a good beach location, but it really needs to step up its game in cleanliness and service. My experience was marred by poor room conditions and a lack of attention to guest comfort. It’s great if you just want a place to stay close to some restaurants, but don't expect luxury here.
This hotel has some strong points, such as a beautiful view of the bay and a great pool, but it falls short in many areas. The rooms are outdated and cleanliness can be questionable, and the dining options leave a lot to be desired, with additional charges that feel unreasonable. The service could also use improvement as it was slow and often unhelpful.
This hotel is marketed as a luxury stay but unfortunately it falls short of expectations. While the location offers lovely views of the bay, the service has significant shortcomings with slow check-ins and uninformed staff. The rooms, although spacious, show signs of aging. Additionally, the dining options leave much to be desired considering the prices charged. It might be best to consider other options unless this is your last resort.
I stayed at this hotel for two nights and found it to have beautiful views and friendly service. However, the check-in process was painfully slow, and the hotel itself showed signs of age. The food could use some improvements, and it was frustrating that extra fees were charged for beach amenities. While the beach was not crowded, it would be even better if it were cleaner.
I was really disappointed with this hotel, which is advertised as a five-star but felt more like a motel. The rooms were outdated and not very clean, the service was lacking, and the beach wasn’t great. However, the location was convenient, close to several bars and restaurants, which was a plus.
